The estate comprises four self-contained units, each pairing a clear-span warehouse with a modern office, mezzanine and dedicated amenities:

Each unit is built for genuine industrial use, with generous internal heights, clear-span warehousing for flexible racking and fit-out, and container-height roller shutters for straightforward loading and unloading. The office areas are finished to a premium standard with good natural light and quality finishes.

Built to a Sustainable Design

The estate is designed as a low-carbon development, and Gladison is constructing it to that brief. The sustainability features built into the project include:

  • Solar-ready design with energy-efficient lighting and HVAC
  • Rainwater harvesting with large underground tanks for irrigation reuse
  • Green wall installations that support heat regulation and air quality
  • Low-flow water fixtures and waste reduction systems
