How quickly can you start a strip-out?

We can usually provide a fixed-price proposal within three business days of assessment, and works can commence within two business days of approvals, subject to site access.

Do you handle asbestos?

Gladison is not an asbestos removal licence holder. If asbestos is found, we appoint certified, licensed contractors to manage its safe identification, removal, disposal and clearance as part of the overall project.

What is the difference between strip-out and make good?

A strip-out clears a tenancy back to base building. A make good restores a tenancy to a defined original condition for landlord sign-off at lease end. See our commercial make good service for lease obligations.

Will waste be disposed of compliantly?

Yes. Demolition waste is transported by licensed carriers to approved NSW EPA facilities, with disposal documentation provided where relevant.

Can you demolish in an occupied building?

Yes, with appropriate staging, hoarding, dust suppression and noise management, agreed with the building owner before works commence.
