How do you work with our insurer?

We prepare a detailed scope of works and photographic damage report structured for insurers, attend loss adjuster site meetings, respond to queries and manage the variation and approval process throughout.

Do we need our own quotes first?

Most insurers require either a preferred contractor or competitive quotes. We can participate in a tender or be engaged directly as preferred contractor, and we will advise what suits your policy.

What if more damage is found once works start?

Hidden damage is common, particularly water damage behind walls. We document all additional findings photographically and submit variation requests to the insurer as they arise, with full transparency.

Do you manage mould remediation?

Yes. We carry out mould assessment, containment and remediation to recognised standards, with post-remediation verification before reinstatement proceeds.

Who is your client, us or the insurer?

Our client is always the building owner. We act as your advocate and manage the insurer relationship on your behalf throughout the claim and reinstatement.
